The name of my firm is Factory of Good Practices. This name perfectly reflects my work style: creativity, task orientation, flexibility and practical approach.
My motto is: „To inspire to changes that are friendly to employees and that support business in diversity management according to one’s need, present resources and indicators to achieve”.
Diversity, variety and pluralism there are not only words to me, but values that play enormous role at my private and professional life. These values are the base for my professional activity. I have been promoting diversity management and equal treatment standards at the workplace for more than 10 years.
